It has Optima's Custom Built Handcrafted Maple wood cabinetry, with Corian Countertops that compliment the Black Leather Flex Steel Hide a Bed Sleeper. This coach has Carbon Fiber Wainscoting. There are 2 swivel black leather recliners and a spacious bunk above the cab. The living area along with the kitchen and bathroom area has Black Tile floors. The Living Room Slide includes the Sofa Sleeper and a Dinette. The walk through bath has a Vanity and Sink along side the Spacious 36" Radius Shower that has a Skylight. The Ceramic Toilet is in it's own compartment with another vanity and sink. It Has Automatic Fans in the Main Living area along with in the Bath Area. The bedroom features a Queen bed. The Drivers compartment has Black Flex-steel Leather Air ride seats. The Kitchen has a 2 burner electric cook-top, The Brand New Norcold double door refrigerator and Convection Oven Microwave. It has a new flat screen TV in the main area along with another new TV the bedroom. It has a Winegard Satellite. It has HWH Leveling Jacks along with HWH controller for the slideout. All Optima Motorhomes are Built with T6061 Aircraft Grade Aluminum for Superior Fit and Finish The exterior features . 050 smooth Aluminum VHB exterior. Radius corner entry door 50 amp receipt. in generator compartment (2) High volume ceiling vent fans w/rain sensor 7-way trailer wiring receptacle 40,000# hitch. Electric step, 200 Gallons of fresh water with 120 gallons grey & black water 10-gallon gas water heater. Rinse hoses at dump station. It has a 2,000 watt Power Inverter. 10KW Onan Diesel Generator.. A 40K BTU furnace, (2) 13.5K BTU low profile ducted AC w/ heat pumps. Electric Trailer Brake Controller, Recessed ceiling accent lights, HWH 4 Point Hydraulic auto leveling system and Slide-out controller. Girard Lateral Arm Electric Awning. It has always been well maintained and Serviced as recommended. The front Michelin's were new in 2023 and the rears are also Michelin's and are date coded late 2021. This Coach has been stored inside most of its life. I sold it 2 years ago and I had bought it from the Original Owners. Please feel free to call me with any questions.
