If you've been looking at building a RV with rear garage, toterhome or show hauler the way you want rather than spending the money for something that isn't set up the way you want now is your chance to have a solid foundation! This is not an easy package to find.
Also, there is a ton of Payload left over for anything you can stack on it, this is something that most overlook, if you see a rig with single rear axle chances are it's already overweight and overloaded. Please see photo of scale weight receipt for GVW.

Both front tires are Newer (2022 date codes) with around 1,000 miles on them, Rears are in good shape.
The heavy-duty conversion was contracted by a medical group to showcase their medical equipment - this truck drove around to various hospitals to demo the equipment, from what I can see it was very well maintained and washed regularly. This truck was built by a medical company therefor they spared no expense on the equipment! I had the intentions to build this thing into a Show hauler with a 12' garage, but my plans have changed based on my career opportunities.
In my opinion it checks a lot of boxes for an amazing rig, its essentially a Showhauler quality build that needs an interior:
The Volvo VNL is one of the easiest big rigs to operate and has the best visibility.

If repairs are ever needed, any diesel shop can work on these as they are one of the most common trucks on the road!

Please note that while this rig is in amazing mechanical condition (I would deliver it anywhere!) it does need some cosmetic TLC and your vision implemented for an interior to be complete. it isn't mint but it's also not $500,000.
