Turning a life-long love of all thing’s cars, Don started racing in 1973 at Lakeland International Raceway and Jackson Raceway. His first car was a Grumpy Jenkins 69 Nova Pro Stock he bought from Joe Barnes. He raced that car for twenty-five years and still has it in his collection.
With a competitive spirit, Don loves to work on the race cars - always trying to see how much faster they can go. During Don’s racing career he has won hundreds of races and fifteen Drag Racing World Championships and continues to race today.
