Judges also love to give punitive damages for violations of the law then your credit rating will tank with the 9 on YOUR credit reports... All credit issurers will follow through with MASSIVE rate increases and no further credit will be issued to you or your pal Jim until I am paid in full. Then YOU and Jim can PAY for the release to have the 9 removed from the reports... costs are about $1500 per credit reporting agency. The statutory interest rate is 1.5 percent of the default judgement PER MONTH until paid, plus all costs and attorney fees...

This is the 4th time he is sending money....... :roll: :roll: His little boy emailed and explained how they were so HONEST they were refunding shipping, and DID NOT, just sent back old beatup BG pump with filter mounted after the return line with pipe wrench marks and gouges all over it.

The pump that arrived, had the filter mounted after the pump.
Looks like there is some serious house cleaning needed at this outfit, if they plan on selling anything to anyone.
If a part is deccribed as "excellent condition" and they send a "old superstock pan in pretty damn good condition" that just happens to be rewelded with every part on it either dented or poorly repaired, they are going to have this exact same problem over and over.
Lets just hope the Dad steps in and does the right thing.... time will tell. He has until 3/21/08.

PHR has had bad press on him on all the forums..He contacted me wanting to trade me for a oil pan that I had. So I told him over the phone I would trade and that is where I made my mistake.. Do not deal with him you will be sorry , I am...This is about his fifth new net name..I did not see the threads on the problems that other people had till it was to late...I have been racing for 34 years and do not screw anyone PERIOD! I guess all I can do is send him some money and see if he sends me his fuel pump back? I have a 65'coronet with a all alloy 588 and a 63'savoy that is a legal and competitive SS/EA car, you can imagine how much money I have in these cars... I have more things to do then cheat someone over a used fuel pump for a street car...poppaj

Have Jim post the pictures of his pan........if he cares to do so...have him explain the dents, weld repairs, and the silicon on the pan itself and the "repaired" pickup that he "forgot" to tell me prior to the trade... He also "forgot" to tell everyone that I was told if I did not like the pan he would pay for the pump. Minor details missed........
I have a 66 Plymouth Belvedere with a KB 580 full roller Hemi, Gf5r, and MW Pro Dana that I am lightening up a tad, so I know a few things about parts and their condition, and yea I have changed my name, Peter H Ripley 4-5 times haha, nice try, Typical "Moparts" BullShiter .....phr

PHR, I believe that you need a website with a URL to host the Pics. Then when you post a reply to a thread here you will see a box that says "IMG". If you click this it asks for the URL of the hosting site. I believe this is how to do it. Alt P is the function control.
But try this if thats unclear. Go to Google PICASSA foto hosting or photobucket. Upload the pics, copy the link and post the access password. Then the readers of this forum can take a look.
Just some suggestions.
The Mods might be a better help.
