just a quick bit of buisness. i need bretts email and fax number if he has one my lawyer needs to fax her letter. and i would like to email him. i will keep you guys posted about the news thing and any other tid bits.
woodsmen i will be wanting to talk to you about your car if you dont mind... a 66 or 67 nova is my dream car and that is what i built my motor for. whats a little depressing is now i dont have the car or the motor. :cry:

Print this form out, fill it out, and send it in. if your matter has been resolved a little bit, all the way, or not at all fill it out and send it. even just for the people who are getting nowhere with brett.
all of the issues we have had with brett are a civil issue which is good for him and bad for us. however if enough of these forms get sent in the state of co will investigate and then sue him. what does that mean to us: it will cost us nothing in legal fees and it is very probable we will get atleast some money back if not all of it.
like i said even if your matter is fixed please fill it out just to help us who are standing here jaw dropped wondering what the f.

Brett is not a scammer, he is just plain incompetent when it comes to running a business. My engine was in there for 1 year before it was done. I was there almost daily to make sure it got done towards the end. I know he has outright lied to me before. I asked him to do another engine for me but nothing has happened .. that was 5 months ago. I guess I should just stop by and pick all my shit up
