Blown, call The Investor relations or Corporate Communications folks, let them know he using the phone number of the Company for his personal business, that you will have to have the Legal documents directed to the Corporate address, and that you are giving them a heads up before you go to the States Attorney General. Corporate Communications VPs hate the prospect of negative publicity. Make sure they have your attorney's name so they can be on the lookout for the letter.
