I geuss you learn things as they come. Who would have thought that a paint job would have played havoc on the elc.

I am going to paint my car and you better beleive it will be grounded and all the wires disconnected from the electroncs.

Yeah the only thing you got to do is run a chain from your rear axle to the ground. All it has to do is just sit on top of the ground to be grounded. I have used this technique every time I paint a car. It also helps to keep the lint and stuff from coming off of your clothes and onto your paintjob.

Been doing good. I am currently nursing a cut right thumb that just had 3 stitches taken out today. Started getting infected so glad I went back in before it got too bad. Trying to figure out what to do with the car still. Cant think of a paintjob yet. All I know is that it is more than likely going to be Candy Apple Green with Purple, Blue, and Black also.

Not a real good day racing though, found a bad coil wire and replaced it before first round but didn't fix my problem. :? These electrical gremlins are driving me nuts.

Thanks David, I got one more thing I'm going to try. Hopefully tomorrow and some T&T before Saturday. I'll let you know what I find.
