I've been fortunate to have several 1/8 tracks within 30 minutes and the Texas Motorplex an 1 1/2 away.

I have 3 1/8th mike tracks within 40minutes from my house and 1 1/4 mile track 2 hours away...been there 1 time and since the truck is setup for the 1/8th didn't get to run the quarter anyway.. 8)

Spib,Your closest track is 120 miles? :shock: That would suck!!You must be dedicated!!Mines just over the hill.Ahhhh,nothing like the smell of the morning sun cookin fresh VHT of the strip early on a Saturday.Get's you revved up in a hurry!!

hey spib, i feel for ya man, got three track in state and closest one is 116 miles away., then 130 for the next, then way over to the black hill in sturgis, @ 250.

I ran 1/4 mile once in a FED.It was okay.I have run 1/8 a bunch in a door car.I'll take 1/8 over 1/4 anyday.

hey spib, don't have a duramax yet, but i do have a hopped up, sorta, 6.5 turbo that pulls the s10 around pretty good and still makes @15mpg up and down a lot of hills.
