Dunno. But if something is above you and enroaching upon your privacy, I'm betting it's your right to claim ownership and let others disprove it . .
So, if you can hit it with a 10 ga. with a Goose Load, there's a pretty good chance that there'll be little argument . .
And, quite like somebody shot on your property, if it falls on your property then it was/is, trespassing, in the least.
