A "form" letter tends to count only as a "Pro" or "Con" on a statistic sheet kept by a Legislator's staff.

If you intend to have your Legislator read YOUR letter, generally a handwritten letter or eMail is more effective . . No matter how articulate or inarticulate you might be . .
