I geuss you learn things as they come. Who would have thought that a paint job would have played havoc on the elc.
I am going to paint my car and you better beleive it will be grounded and all the wires disconnected from the electroncs.
Yeah the only thing you got to do is run a chain from your rear axle to the ground. All it has to do is just sit on top of the ground to be grounded. I have used this technique every time I paint a car. It also helps to keep the lint and stuff from coming off of your clothes and onto your paintjob.
