Blown is smarter than that, He's going to Corporate.

Now Blown, if you try the CEO, you will get his Admin. She wont put you through, so you need to tell her that you are filing suit, as a representative of Basic Energy Services, Inc. has engaged in fraudelent activities. Inform them that this is the contact number, that this is what was represented to you and how you felt comfortable because it was a rep from such a large company. Explain to her that you will be filing a class action suit as the fraudlent activity has crossed multiple states and unvolves multiple individuals and there may be mail fraud involved which would make it federal. Also let her know that you believe the future defendant is attempting to poison the well to cause his immediate supervisors to engage in a pattern of inaction.

Explain to her you want to confirm the address for the subpoena, confirm the CEOs name and identify the proper point for service of legal papers. She will either give you info or send you to Legal. If you get legal. make sure they know that Company time was being used to engage in potentially legal activities. See what they say. Once it gets to HR, the chicken will most likely be fully roasted.

Once you have contacted the Company, contact the Attorney general in Texas and inform them that a representative of the Company is engaging in potentially fraudent activities at a Federal level and you are positioning yourself for a class action lawsuit.

Now heres the deal-since you are suing the Corporation, you can most likely sue them in YOUR state.

Remember you need to chase the Company as that was what he was using as his base of operations, bring them to the table.

Then you'll see the strength of Company loyalty.

Remember, our man of many names went to front line supervisors- they dont care, its the suits that will get their underwear in a not.
