Judging by the numbers you gave us the cam is definetly a 4/7 swap and CC pretty has the market cornered on them so that alone tends me to believe its a some sort of custom grind they made, which they do quite often and when they do they put funny numbers all over them.

be prepared for a long wait they dont get a in hurry for nobody.
I do know A guy who grinds cams there and I could give you his number but I'm not sure if he knows all about their part numbers and stuff.
