Need Good Head
I thought I may get your attention...lol
I am looking for suggestions for aluminum heads for my BBC and wonder what other people are using. I know if I call companies it would be like asking the waitress how the soup is so I am asking here first.
I have a 502 Mark VI BBC rectangular port open chambered heads with 9.25-1compression. I am running a Comp cam roller with a 652 lift on intake and exhaust. Duration is 262. Victor manifold and a 1050 Holly tops it off. I am also using roller rockers, solid roller lifters and comp. guide plates and pushrods. This sits in a early 70's steel body Camaro. As I said I am looking for suggestions as what to look for in a set of aluminum heads. I know that bigger is not always better and the right combination will work best. I am looking forward to your suggestions
