If you want to build boost without spinning the snot out of it, you'll need a 14-71...
1:1 on an 8-71 is going to be about 7 PSI.
1:1 on a 10-71... 9.3
12-71... 10.8
14-71... 12.2
The slower you can turn it, the cooler the air.
