I have a 6 liter in an excursion and a 7.3 in a crew cab dually. The 6 liter will run circles around the 7.3 and tows great It also runs 9.50s at the drag strip in the 1/8th. The only mod is a super chip program. I have not had any problem with my 6.0. I have 145,000 thousand miles on it with over 100,000 of them being with the program installed. It gets roughly 16 to 17 miles to the gallon. With my two trucks I have better preformance and fuel economy with the 6.0 There is a posted viedo of my excursion out running a 03 mustang at
