If it is dirt cheap. Go for it.
Too many things about that ad just don't sound right.
No certain product brands or descriptions.
Cahnces are likely that by the sound of the ad, they just might not own any CNC equipment, and if they do it seems strange to tie it up doing menial tasks like boring blocks.
Frankly like I said, if it is cheap how can you go worng even if you have to pull it apart and verify the clearances.
To me it looks like the ad is worded by someone who has no clue and I doubt that engine will come close to 500 hp. PAW did a 406 and it did just a little over 425 hp years ago for a crate motor. Who knows maybe those cylinder heads will mke it step up and run a number but I doubt it.
You have no promises of anything except what head brand is used. Everything else is called Heavy Duty, CNC, Premium, Custom, Forged 4340, Hi-Flow, I do see they are claiming JE 2618 pistons. Sonuds odd to me. Most would be using the SRP/JE pistons which are not flat top in a 2618 version.
The description of their block filler is a turn off too. Hard Block or Moroso only. No grout. no concrete.
Sorry,
You asked for an opinion.
