probably he billed thru a dentist friend because he lost his credit card terminal privileges
THis is not legal to do.....one business cannot charge through another business on any credid card.... if he has a bad cc reader, they will replace it next day..... dont beleive this he is charging stuff to your cc number.
get this resolved before it is too late.....
