There is no such thing as the best head.
There are certain heads that can be better for different applications. Of the ones you mentioned the AFR would be good The Dart would be good and the BMF would be good.
I I am understanding your application right, I believe that all examples you named and too large in intake runner volume.
Please be even more exact about your application and the primary and secondary desires for that use.
