Sooo, do you suppose that cutting off the spending of billions of dollars on a group of "entitled" people could be considered "Decimating"? If so, then, yeah, we'll be "Decimating" them . . .

Agreed. We will go with "Deciminating." That sounds good to me too. Time to get off the breast milk... the well is dry. Love to see the government handed a NICE BIG PLATE of American recession... no more 1st class (try e-mail instead of travel), no more Obama & Co. vacations, no more self promoted raises for government employees, CUT JOBS/LAYOFF's, pay decreases instead, give them some crappy health insurance, cut retirement/pensions, etc....
