406 aluminum rod motor ...5.92 to 6.0's on motor...5.60's on spray (150 shot)..i ran it on motor most of the time...i sprayed it at a NMCA match race in ATLANTA in 2003 when i ran the 1st and only 1/4 mile......it was harry on Big end...

thanks- Brian

Cool!Wonder what I weighed??Thanks

2475lb with 215lb driver..it was all steel, all glass, 2x3 frame rail....had the heavy brake calipers and rotors..

i had Jeff Hammner of Tuscolousa Alambama build the motor..didnl;t jave much for heads..World heads..bowl blended..nothing much....

made 612hp natural aspirtated...motor could have been a lot more with a good set of 23 degree aluminum heads

Hey,way cool,600hp and short wheelbase :D That looks like it would have been a hand full on the big end. But very neat looking ride all the same 8)

Actually the BIG end was GREAT..it was the 1st 100 ft that was hairy..it wanted to wiggle and move around alot..the key was not to try to steer out of it..just hold steady and it would settle down as long as it didn't drift too much out of the groove....i ran it once in the 1/4 ( with 1/8 mile gear) had to lift once ( rev limiter) and it ran a 9.90 at 1.37mph..with qtr mile gear it probaly would have run in the 9.60 range,,i guess.. but it SUCKED down like a little magnet thru the traps..like i said if you could get thru the 1st 100 ft you had it made..best i can describe it was driving a creeper...lol
