Update number 15 or 16 from the son who said deal with dad only, deal with me, now this... from casey:

aught them loose buddy, nevermind we took your advice and talked to some people about you. We have the low down now, no way and hell i will send you money. I see you have been banned several times for scamming. I heard you one of the best, thats coming from a knowledgable source, so do what you gotta do.

Casey Fauss-Johnson

He got this from a guy that had a trick titanium bell housing listed for sale for 1700-100 and tried to sell it to me for 2200, I caught the "error" and reffered him to his origional add. (Boy did that piss the mayor of hemi town off    ) Nice try there HEMIFRED from MOPARTS.COM. See Freddy talks real big when noone can respond and he ususlly does it behind peoples back.

As to the pictures of the pan: Nice welds and I see you cleaned all the silicon off, I can and will not use something like that.. that is why I returned it to you..

Casey I have never been kicked off any website for scamming anyone, you are bordering on ridiculous. Why aren't you sending me my fuel pump back? Why did you use a fuel pump that you did not own?

After talking to your father Jim again, he wanted a PayPal invoice sent to him. I did not have a paypal account, because it costs too much money for the seller of items. (I prefer to send and sellers perfer to receive Cashiers Checks sent expidet or overnight mail.)

But to placate Jim Johnson, I went and opened a Paypal account. I sent him an invoice that clearly shows for a BG 400 fuel pump and return shipping for the oil pan and the fuel pump sent in error.

As I was typing this, your father Jim Johnson, called me and said he was going to pay the invoice. I will post, if and when, then return the 4 sent payments  and fuel pump your group sent, back in the same container you shipped it to me. I will do this once the money is in my hands...

Here is the invoice I sent:

Dear Peter H Ripley,

This email confirms that you sent an invoice for $330.00 USD to
[email protected].

It may take a few moments for this transaction to appear in the Recent Activity
list on your Account Overview.

Subtotal: 330.00
Total: $330.00 USD

Note: Per request from Jim Johnson to pay with a PayPal account for BG400 fuel
pump and return of incorrect BG400 fuel pump he returned to me by error.

I can do no more for this Johnson crew, it is wasting way too much of my time. Anyone reading this mess make your own determinations about this Johnson crew and the selective Moparts.com crowd they run with... and by doing so, never get put in this postition...

PS this is real good for a possible court action also, offering any type or way to pay right from the convience of their home.. I hope Jim Johnson does the corret thing and resolves this...

The rewelded seam is shown on the top picture, from the front down the curve, the front also has damage. When it got here it had a layer of silicon over that weld, the pickup picture does not show where it was welded together, if you look closely you will also see the rear was caved in..the other side and bottom also have damage. The rails have side damage that was hammered flat also.

Again, these are some of the same pictures he sent to trade and they do not show the extent of the damage or the welded pickup. I gave him my pump because of the pan and pickup, neither were useable.

If I could have gotten the pan repaired and sealed, I would have kept the pan...but it would have cost more than a new pan, to do so...

Everyone who looked at it said to start over...DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR. Even Charlies Oils pans, who made it in the first place, would not touch the rails and repairs needed to seal it. I tried it all, PRIOR to sending it back.

Hey Casey Johnson post the names of anyone I have scammed. You seem to have a real problem telling the truth, about much of anything..

vp_mopar 03-19-2008 12:29 PM

the pan is still in the box. Not too mention these pictures were taken before he sent you the pan...
You are lucky my father is a nice guy because i wouldnt have sent you money after you back out on YOUR deal. The pan was fine and you know it. first you said "it wont fit" then you say "it looks like hell" which is it Peter?
And if you dont remember there was a whole thread about you with at least 3 people you have scammed, you even knew the peoples names when you talked to me the first time. Dont play dumb with me. You are just another fake, another wanna be who wishes he had a running car.
So he is sending your money to you, there you go, you got your wish. I know your just going to screw him over but its ok

by the way the name is Casey Fauss-Johnson

Peter Ripley

Well guys I went ahead and wired him the $330.00 via Paypal...I don't have time to argue with someone over and over, it gives me a headache.
The money is now in his account...He said he would sent the pump out quickly...I hope so

Why would you send him money if you were in the right?

phr 03-19-2008 02:28 PM

Mr Johnson sent the money to a paypal account he had me set up for his paymant.

I sent this email to him and will follow it to the letter, just like everything else I have done in this mess...

Mr Jim Johnson

The $330.00 payment is in the PayPal account that you requested I set up for your payment.

As soon as it is in MY bank account, the pump will be shipped back to you by FedEx Ground. Once in the FedEx system it should take 2 days for delivery.

I will send the tracking number when I ship (it will be same day funds clear). Be aware it will have to have an adult sign for the delivery because it is over the PayPal signature release $250 threshold.

These are the PayPal companies rules and I will follow them.

Any further questions call or email, I will respond asap.

Sad this tuned into a mess, we could have probably done future business.

PHR

Thanks to everyone on RJ who helped in this matter.

I thought all along MR Jim Johnson would make this good, he just listened to many many people who give him poor information. I have no anomosity towards him at all.

PS: Todd the reason he paid is that he has his pan, my BG400 pump, and someone on his end mistakenly sent me a different BG400 pump, he wants me to return to him.

phr 03-19-2008 02:56 PM

Hey Casey, those 3 people were offered $10,000.00 cash to prove anything they said about me scamming anyone, or them. I have never paid one red cent...get the hint...   (one for each f them :P )

The internet is evolving into a place that will eventually be forced to delete posts or information that is false and without any merit, that is meant for no other reason than to do others harm... or the website owners will lose their shirts to the lawyers.

It is in its beginnings now, so only post facts and ther will be no problems.

vp_mopar 03-19-2008 03:42 PM

good now you can delete this post.
